Building Façade Inspection - Safety is Everyone's Responsibility



With the passing of Philadelphia's new Facade Inspection Ordinance every building owner must have their building inspected to secure the safety of their building along with the safety of pedestrians.

Wm Proud Masonry Restoration will provide a physical inspection of your building by mobilizing a mobile swing, scaffolding or boom. We will then inspect the exterior walls for splitting or fracturing, displacement of unsound facade materials and locate areas of loss in structural support. We will provide an inspection report, based upon the known history of the building, the nature of the materials used, and the conditions observed.
