In May, 2007 your company transformed my building @ 2037 S. Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA from a dirty, scabrous eyesore into a clean bright landmark by removing the old, peeling graffiti protection, power cleaning the entire limestone facade and pointing all required areas. When completed you were able to restore the graffiti protection with a coating that did not detract from the finished product.
Bank management, customers and the local business district provided very favorable comments to your efforts and the finished product. Bank management was especially happy about the critical concern your employees displayed toward all safety measures that were taken at one of the busiest pedestrian corners in the city. The project was completed in a timely manner and the areas were cleaned on a daily basis, as requested.

Over the years you have accomplished quite a bit of work for our property and in some challenging areas. I am listing only a portion of the jobs you have completed for our property:
· Brick Pointing/waterproofing/painting of the entire outside façade.
· Parking garage deck, repair, restore and resurface
· Resurface and repair of the outdoor roof deck pool area — remove existing paint and epoxy. Prepare, repair & apply new caulk & epoxy.
· Redesign and resurface the garage entry and main hotel entrances — includes installation of C.M.U wall, painting of overhead grates, air intake grill and cap for the end of the walkway.

William Proud Masonry Restoration experience and savvy has made them an important ingredient of Curry Construction’s “Posh” projects. Some of which include; Trust Restaurant at the corner of 13th and Sansom and 112 South 13th Street Condominiums, both of which were constructed with today’s retro fashion in mind.
